Our Kicker high-performance 8-speaker, 5-channel, down-firing sub plug and play bundle is made to fit your Jeep JL Wrangler.  Kicker’s KS-Series lets you play at concert-like volume, yet maintains the smoothness and subtlety to please even the most selective ear.

How To Install Your Kicker Amp and Subwoofer!

• Kicker Plug and Play Full Audio System for your JL Wrangler - (packages explained)

  Option 1: Stock/ OEM Factory Head Unit/ Radio Non-Factory Amplified (Standard):Non-factory Amplified= Your Jeep will not have a factory subwoofer located in the rear of the Jeep or behind the rear bench in a Gladiator.  Our system will be a direct connection to your factory radio with use of the added PAC AamPRO module.  You will not need to run new speaker wire as our wiring harness will allow you to utilize the existing factory speaker wire from the radio to the speakers saving time and cost.

  Option 2: Stock/ OEM Factory Head Unit/ Radio Factory Amplified (Premium):Factory Amplified= Your Jeep will have a factory subwoofer located in the rear of the Jeep or behind the rear bench in a Gladiator.  Our system will be a direct connection to your factory radio with use of the added PAC AamPRO module.  You will not need to run new speaker wire as our wiring harness will allow you to utilize the existing factory speaker wire from the factory amplifier to the speakers saving time and cost.  We will include a harness connection which will bypass the factory amplifier and will utilize the factory speaker wire.

  Option 3: Aftermarket Head Unit, Non-Factory Amplified (Standard): Non-factory Amplified= Your Jeep will not have a factory subwoofer located in the rear of the Jeep or behind the rear bench in a Gladiator.  Our system will be a direct connection to your aftermarket head unit via RCA connections.  You will not need to run new speaker wire as our wiring harness will allow you to utilize the existing factory speaker wire from the radio to the speakers saving time and cost.  We will provide a 9-wire harness that you will need to tap into the speaker wire located behind the head unit.  With so many aftermarket configurations, we're unable to attach a specific connector for your exact aftermarket head unit, however we will provide the directions to make the connections. 

  Option 4: Aftermarket Head Unit, Factory Amplified (Premium):Factory Amplified= Your Jeep will have a factory subwoofer located in the rear of the Jeep or behind the rear bench in a Gladiator.  Our system will be a direct connection to your aftermarket head unit via RCA connections.  You will not need to run new speaker wire as our wiring harness will allow you to utilize the existing factory speaker wire from the factory amplifier to the speakers saving time and cost.  We will include a harness connection which will bypass the factory amplifier and will utilize the factory speaker wire. 

  What's In The Plug & Play Bundle?

  We've taken all the guess work out of upgrading the speakers in your 2018+ Jeep JL Wrangler and/ or your 2020+ Jeep JT Gladiator. We've partnered with some of the biggest and most reliable names in mobile electronics to bring you a high-end, super-reliable audio system -- that's packed with a 2-year no-questions-asked warranty on manufacturer defects.  All of our bundles are pre-wired and completely assembled prior to shipping from our Frederick, Maryland shop. When you get your bundle, it's all ready to drop in your Jeep! Here's what you can expect to be in your Kicker Speaker Plug & Play Bundle from Trail Seven:

  • Kicker KST2504 1" Tweeters w/ crossovers (soundbar)
  • Kicker KSC6704 6.75" Coaxial Speakers w/ .75" Tweeters (soundbar)
  • Kicker KSC3504 3.5" Coaxial Speakers  w/ crossovers and w/ .75" Tweeters (top dash)
  • Kicker KSC404 4" Coaxial Speakers w/ .75" Tweeters (knee panel)
  • Select Increments® JL/ JT sound bar speaker pods, pre-drilled 
  • All required speaker adapters will be pre-sized for ease of installation
  • Plug & play speaker connectors will be pre-wired, soldered and shrink-wrapped to achieve a professional finish prior to shipping for ease of installation
  • Plug and Play bundles will have crossovers soldered and shrink wrapped where required. 
  • Plug and Play bundles will have all speaker pods drilled and set with speakers prior to shipping
  • Kicker CX660.5 5-Channel Amplifier
  • VK8 Amplifier Power Kit (power, ground, fuse block)
  • 6-Channel RCA's
  • 9-Wire Harness
  • Factory amp bypass harness(if opted for)
  • >We will provide the amp kit fully prepped for install with appropriate connectors attached, etc. 
  • The 9-wire will be fully prepped for a plug and play install with termination connector to attach to the Kicker amplifier and necessary adapters to attach directly to the PAC module or amp bypass, which ever option chosen.
